We are seeking a seasoned Backend Developer with expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend services and APIs using Golang. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in computer science and software engineering principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Develop Backend Services: Create robust, efficient, and high-performance backend services and APIs using Golang.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product managers, frontend developers, DevOps engineers, and QA engineers to deliver end-to-end features.
  • Write Clean and Maintainable Code: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code that adheres to industry standards and best practices.
  • Optimize Applications for Speed and Scalability: Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability by applying advanced techniques and technologies.
  • Debug and Troubleshoot Systems: Debug, troubleshoot, and upgrade existing systems to ensure they meet performance and reliability requirements.
  • Implement Security Best Practices: Implement security and data protection best practices to safeguard sensitive information.
  • Participate in Code Reviews and Design Discussions: Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and agile ceremonies to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience in Golang development (minimum [X years]).
  • Strong knowledge of concurrency patterns and Go routines.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, gRPC, or microservices architecture.
  • Proficiency in working with databases (SQL/NoSQL).
  • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
