Technical Customer Support Professional

We are seeking a skilled Technical Customer Support Professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support and ensuring the highest level of satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for improving customer support processes and outcomes. You will be self-motivated, proactive, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Additionally, you will be highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and possess strong analytical skills with intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer support and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Identify root causes and develop logical, data-backed recommendations for operational improvements.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues.
  • Maintain accurate records and data security.
Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of experience in SaaS technical support, customer operations, or similar project-focused roles.
  • Intermediate understanding of technical systems, APIs, and SQL.
  • Experience working with support ticketing systems such as Jira Service Desk.
  • Familiarity with customer invoicing, billing, or finance operations in a SaaS or B2B environment.
