The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in software engineering, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role such as CTO, VP Engineering, or Head of Technology.

Experience in logistics tech, freight forwarding systems or transportation/supply chain software is required. The candidate should have a strong grasp of Agile methodologies, product lifecycle management, and cross-functional team leadership.

The ability to influence and inspire at all levels is essential. Familiarity with AI/ML, data engineering, or DevOps automation tools and practices is a plus.
