About the Role
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Validate and launch high-impact ventures by collaborating with our leadership team.
  • Explore new venture opportunities aligned with our mission and conduct market research, competitor mapping, and customer discovery.
  • Develop strategic proposals, business cases, and execution roadmaps for new ventures.
  • Lead investor documentation, including pitch decks, financial models, and narrative building for validated ideas.
  • Collaborate on MVP specs and growth plans for launched ventures.
  • Option to transition into a founder/CEO role for successfully validated ideas.
Your Background
  • A former founder or early startup operator with strong business acumen and a knack for spotting market gaps and validating hypotheses.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, taking ownership, and moving fast in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communicator able to craft compelling narratives and build relationships with stakeholders.
