Operational Optimization Specialist

We are seeking an exceptional Operational Optimization Specialist to enhance our business processes. This is a unique opportunity for a detail-oriented and skilled individual who can assess and maintain operational efficiency.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage data-driven dashboards, reports, and automations using Google Sheets and other Google Workspace tools to inform strategic decisions.
  • Apply AI tools such as data cleanup, lead enrichment, and content drafting to accelerate workflows and improve output quality across growth tasks.
  • Design, document, and optimize operational processes; identify bottlenecks, propose standard operating procedures (SOPs), and implement scalable systems.
  • Coordinate daily operations, align team tasks with clear timelines, and ensure deliverables are met with documented SOPs and checklists.
  • Standardize and optimize processes through root-cause analysis, metrics reviews, and continuous improvement experiments.
  • Maintain operational hygiene by organizing documentation, enforcing quality controls, and upholding compliance across workflows.
Requirements
  • Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an esteemed institution.
  • Knowledge of Film/Video Production and AI tools is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration and interaction with team members.
  • Growth Hacking expertise to identify and implement innovative growth strategies.
  • Proficiency in Project Management to manage and execute projects effectively.
  • Interest or experience in the media-tech industry is a plus.
