**Job Overview:**

We are seeking an accomplished Operations Efficiency Specialist to spearhead our production process, ensuring seamless execution from design to delivery.

This role demands a high degree of organizational acumen, effective communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role:

  • Manage End-to-End Production Workflow: Coordinate production stages across departments to guarantee on-time delivery and quality output.
  • Track Work Orders and Timelines: Monitor and maintain accurate records of work orders, timelines, and delivery schedules to identify potential delays or bottlenecks.
  • Implement Corrective Actions: Proactively address issues and implement corrective actions to ensure smooth workflow and optimal results.
  • Maintain Daily Status Updates: Provide regular updates on production progress to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with design, production, and logistics teams to streamline processes and drive efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Strong Organizational Skills: Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Production Tracking Tools: Skilled in using Excel and other production tracking tools to monitor and analyze production data.
  • Prior Experience in Manufacturing or Supply Chain: Preferred experience in manufacturing or supply chain management, with a proven track record of driving efficiency and improving productivity.

Key Qualifications:

  • Able to Multitask: Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Production Tracking Software: Familiarity with production tracking software and tools, including Excel and other specialized applications.
