We are seeking a seasoned ERP professional to manage the implementation and maintenance of our Palantir ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • To configure and implement new Palantir ERP modules that support business growth initiatives
  • Provide user training and support for seamless system adoption, ensuring users can effectively utilize the software
  • Develop comprehensive reports that inform business decisions, leveraging data analysis to drive strategic outcomes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues in real-time
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in ERP system management, applying knowledge to improve operational efficiency
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology is preferred, but not required
  • At least 3 years of experience in configuring, implementing, and maintaining ERP systems is necessary for this role
  • This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Prior experience in the food processing industry is a significant advantage
