Job Title: Oracle SCM Technical Consultant

Location: Remote

Duration: 12+ months, likely long term

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled technical professional to join our team as an Oracle SCM consultant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and experience with Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. They will work closely with our team to design, develop, and implement customized ERP solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing Oracle ERP systems, including planning, inventory, BOM, costing, production controls, and discrete and process manufacturing
  • Designing and implementing database solutions using Oracle database technologies and services
  • Integrating applications with middleware solutions such as OIC, MuleSoft, AWS API Management, Rest API, or equivalent
  • Developing extensions using VBCS
  • Ensuring high-quality testing during development
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time
  • Maintaining excellent communication skills at all levels

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, the candidate must have a deep understanding of Oracle ERP systems and related technologies. They should also possess strong problem-solving skills, be able to make sound technical decisions, and have excellent communication skills at all levels.
