Healthcare Financing Solutions Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team that provides innovative financing solutions for middle-class Indians, focusing on healthcare.
The ideal candidate will have experience in B2C sales, preferably in healthcare or a startup environment, and strong leadership skills.
Key responsibilities include building strategic alliances with doctors and hospitals, leading the sales team, developing new crowdfunding and lending opportunities, and ensuring smooth lending operations.
Required skills and qualifications include 5+ years in B2C sales, team leadership, and willingness to travel extensively within the region.
Preferred qualifications include experience in retail financial services, managing large field sales teams, and prior experience in medical crowdfunding or health-tech.

Responsibilities:
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with healthcare providers to drive patient referrals for crowdfunding and medical loans.
- Lead and mentor the sales team in your area, ensuring target achievement, field effectiveness, and professional development.
- Develop new financing opportunities by identifying patient needs and introducing EMI-based financing solutions at partner hospitals.
- Drive awareness and adoption of our platform by enabling patients and healthcare providers to access instant medical loans and zero-cost EMI options.
- Set revenue goals and manage both the crowdfunding and lending pipeline on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Provide continuous market feedback on customer experience, competition, and product gaps to help refine our financing solutions.
- Ensure smooth lending operations by coordinating between patients, hospital finance teams, and partnered lenders.
- Take full ownership of the regional P&L, ensuring operational efficiency, revenue growth, and financial sustainability.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in B2C sales, preferably in healthcare or a startup environment.
- Experience in team leadership and sales target achievement.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
- Prior experience in medical crowdfunding, health-tech, or healthcare provider engagement.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in retail financial services (e.g., selling loans, EMIs, insurance).
- Background in managing large field sales teams or partner networks.
