Job Title: Operations Manager

A highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager is required to lead a team in healthcare operations.

This role involves overseeing the day-to-day supervision of a group of team members, including work and attendance monitoring. The successful candidate will be responsible for imparting effective coaching to team members, enabling consistent high-performance delivery.

  • Monitor team performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop action plans to address these issues.
  • Communicate expectations to employees, provide timely updates, and conduct regular team meetings to ensure expedient communication of relevant information.
  • Manage resources effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines while ensuring that service delivered to customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicator (KPIs') and financial expectations.
