Lab Testing Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Lab Testing Professional to join our team. As a key member of our laboratory, you will be responsible for conducting thorough and accurate testing of products and prototypes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct mechanical testing and analysis of products and prototypes
  • Plan and schedule tests for multiple projects
  • Prepare samples and set up test equipment
  • Operate equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and troubleshoot issues
  • Evaluate equipment qualification (IQ, OQ, PQ)
  • Execute calibration and review vendor results
  • Analyze root cause of defects and develop solutions
  • Develop and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WIs), and test protocols
  • Ensure compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), Good Distribution Practices (GDP), and 5S standards
  • Maintain a safe working environment and control hazards
  • Coordinate experiments and communicate with internal and external laboratories

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, science)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in laboratory testing and analysis
  • Strong understanding of GLP, GDP, and 5S principles
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
