We are seeking a highly skilled Power Platform Developer to join our team at Programmers.io. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to leverage their expertise in Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate to drive business growth and digital transformation.

As a Power Platform Developer, you will design, develop, and implement custom applications using Microsoft Power Apps to address business needs and enhance digital workflows. You will also create, manage, and optimize automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline processes, improve operational efficiency, and reduce manual tasks.

Our ideal candidate will have strong understanding of Microsoft 365 and Azure services, with the ability to integrate these services into Power Platform solutions. Proficiency in creating custom connectors and integrating Power Apps with other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability, is essential. Experience with RPA tools such as Power Automate Desktop, UI Path, and Blue Prism is a plus.

Key qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, and 3-5 years of experience in developing applications using Microsoft Power Apps and automating workflows with Power Automate. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, are necessary. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, are also required.

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package.
