Power Platform Developer

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Custom Applications: Design and build solutions using Power Apps (both Canvas and Model-driven apps) to meet business needs and improve processes.
- Automate Workflows: Create and maintain workflows and automated processes using Power Automate to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
- System Integration: Integrate Power Platform applications with Microsoft tools (e.g., SharePoint, Azure) and third-party applications/systems.
- Collaboration: Work closely with business users, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and deliver tailored solutions.
- Support & Troubleshooting: Provide ongoing support for Power Platform applications, addressing issues and ensuring optimal performance.
- Governance & Best Practices: Follow industry best practices in development, security, and governance for Power Platform applications.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for all developed solutions, workflows, and integrations.
Skills Required:
- Minimum 4 + years of Experience
- Power Platform Expertise: Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
- Power Automate: Strong experience with creating workflows and automations to optimize business processes.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Power Fx (Power Apps scripting language), Microsoft Dataverse, and integration with Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365.
- Programming Languages: Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and other web technologies to enhance Power Platform solutions.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to design solutions that address complex business challenges.
- Collaboration & Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Agile Methodology: Experience working in an agile development environment.
- Certifications (Optional): Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals, Power Apps, or Power Automate certifications are a plus.
- Graph API & REST API: Knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Graph API and REST APIs for seamless integration and data exchange between Power Platform solutions and other systems.
- Azure Knowledge: Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services, including integration with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and other Azure-based tools to extend the capabilities of Power Platform solutions.
