Senior Workflow Automation Specialist

This role is focused on leveraging Adobe Workfront and Workfront Fusion to optimize business processes, improve user experience, and enhance workflow performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop robust workflow automation using Adobe Workfront and Workfront Fusion to streamline business processes.
  • Configure Workfront objects, including custom forms, templates, approval workflows, access levels, and layout templates, to ensure seamless integration and optimal user experience.
  • Automate business processes and optimize workflow performance by developing and maintaining Workfront Fusion automation workflows.
  • Integrate Adobe Workfront with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Assets, and other enterprise applications to enable efficient data flow and exchange.
  • Develop and maintain integrations using Workfront Fusion with AEM, Adobe Assets, and other critical enterprise tools to ensure efficient workflow management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Deep understanding of Adobe Workfront setup, object types, and comprehensive reporting.
  • Extensive experience with Workfront Fusion and workflow automation.
  • Strong knowledge of integration processes, particularly with AEM and other enterprise tools.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills for effectively resolving Workfront and Fusion-related issues.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with advanced reporting in Workfront.
  • Experience with system governance and managing user access levels.
Work Experience
  • Previous experience working with large organizations to implement and configure Workfront.
  • Hands-on experience with Workfront setup, workflows, and reporting dashboards.
Certifications
  • Adobe Workfront Developer Core & Fusion Certifications are highly valued.
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
