**Job Title:** Team Lead

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily, weekly and monthly reconciliation processes to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Research and resolve discrepancies in cash, position, OTE (Open Trade Equity) and trade data.
  • Follow up with external sources to resolve identified breaks and discrepancies.
  • Interact professionally with Portfolio Managers and Prime Brokers via phone and email.
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) environments for new functionalities related to reconciliation processes.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members in break resolution efforts.
  • Assist management in meeting and exceeding Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for reconciliation tasks.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline reconciliation processes and enhance efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in performing daily, weekly and monthly reconciliations between financial entities.
  • Strong research skills for identifying and resolving discrepancies.
  • Effective communication skills for interacting with Portfolio Managers and Prime Brokers.
  • Experience in working on UAT environments for testing new functionalities.
  • Ability to assist and guide team members in break resolution.
