Job Title: Senior Business Solutions Architect

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Business Solutions Architect to join our organization. This role demands a combination of strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and hands-on business analysis expertise.

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in bridging business needs with technical delivery, ensuring alignment of requirements, solutions, and strategic goals. They will mentor business analysts, ensure requirement quality, guide agile ceremonies, and serve as a delivery enabler between business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of business analysts across multiple projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and best practices.
  • Partner with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and high-level requirements.
  • Elicit, document, and validate business requirements, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
  • Translate business needs into actionable requirements for development and QA teams. Drive backlog refinement, prioritization, and requirements traceability.
  • Support non-functional requirements definition (performance, security, accessibility).

The successful candidate will have 8-10 years of BA experience (3 years in leadership), 3 years as Scrum Master (CSM/PSM preferred), strong agile, facilitation, and communication skills, and proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and BA documentation tools.
