Financial Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Financial Operations Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing timely and high-quality service and deliverables to fund clients allocated to them and their team.
Main Responsibilities- Accountability and ownership of deliverables, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in meeting client expectations.
- Engage and develop teams and individuals, fostering a culture of collaboration and growth.
- Perform review of core processes, complex ad-hoc work, and client requirements, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting in the review and preparation of NAV and Financials for private equity funds, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Providing consistent feedback on accuracy and timeliness of outputs made by the team, promoting a culture of excellence.
- Facilitating conversion of Private Equity Funds from other accounting applications to Investran, streamlining operations and improving efficiency.
- Onboarding new Private Equity Funds in the accounting platform, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption.
- Review of Financial Statements with Disclosures and NAV reporting, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
- Preparation of complex reporting requirements, managing multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
- Manages and ensures timely and accurate deliverables of the team, maintaining high standards of quality and service.
- Ensures timesheets are completed daily and accurately filed for all hours worked, promoting accountability and productivity.
- Reviews and approves timesheets of the team, ensuring accuracy and fairness.
- Sets up, monitors, and updates all deliverables via the workflow planner, streamlining operations and improving visibility.
- Drives Results: Consistently achieving results even under tough circumstances, demonstrating resilience and determination.
- Optimises Work Processes: Knowing the most effective and efficient processes to get things done, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement.
- Directs Work: Providing direction, delegating, and removing obstacles to get work done, fostering a culture of empowerment and accountability.
- A Graduate degree in Accounting or any Business-related field with 6 years relevant accounting experience, including at least two years supervisory experience.
- Experience with managing service operations and client deliverables, with a proven track record of success.
