Artificial Intelligence Leadership Position

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our AI team, focusing on architecture, testing, and collaboration. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in building, training, and evaluating AI/ML models, as well as expertise in cloud computing and responsible AI frameworks.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • AI Architecture: Define and lead the architecture of new systems (back-end, APIs, lightweight front-end).
  • Model Testing: Build and rigorously test models against fairness, robustness, explainability, and governance principles.
  • Collaboration: Partner with global Responsible AI leaders who have shaped industry guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in AI/ML model development and testing.
  • Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and knowledge of scaling, training, and deployment of AI models.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and modern ML/AI libraries.
  • Awareness of Responsible AI frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, FCA/ESMA guidance).
