Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Wet Etch Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our wet etch equipment.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform in-depth corrective and preventive maintenance on 200/300mm wet benches and single wafer processing tools.
  • Teach and adjust robots for various tools, including SES, DNS, FSI Zeta, SEZ SP223/DVI, Semi tool spectrum, DNS, TEL, and FSI.
  • Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on WET etch equipment.
  • Plan, procure consumables, and manage parts for maintenance activities.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues, perform root cause analysis, and resolve tool problems.
  • Maintain basic knowledge of Brooks SMIFs.
  • Execute tasks safely with good housekeeping practices.
  • Familiarity with Mitsubishi/Omron PLC is an asset.
  • Experience in sub-systems like CDS, DI heaters, ozone generators, and chillers.
  • Good understanding of chemical safety protocols.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in semiconductor wafer FAB equipment maintenance.
  • Degree or diploma in engineering with relevant experience.
  • Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Self-driven and able to work independently or as part of a team.
