Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Prospecting Specialist to support our Business Development and Sales teams in building a strong pipeline of qualified prospects. The ideal candidate will work independently during U.S. night hours to align with U.S. business hours, identifying, connecting with, and engaging potential clients in the logistics and supply chain industry.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Utilize Salesforce Sales Navigator and other research tools to identify potential clients and initiate connections.
  2. Maintain an accurate database of qualified leads with comprehensive contact and company information.
  3. Send personalized connection requests and introductory messages to prospects.
  4. Track and manage conversations with prospects, ensuring timely follow-ups.
  5. Collaborate with the Business Development and Sales teams to align prospecting strategies with company goals.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities within the U.S. logistics and freight forwarding space.
  7. Prepare and share weekly and monthly reports on prospecting activities, lead generation metrics, and conversion rates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in lead generation, prospecting, or sales support (freshers with strong analytical skills can apply).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Navigator and CRM tools is advantageous.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently during U.S. night hours.
  • Attention to detail, with strong organizational and research skills.
  • Proactive and eager to learn about the logistics industry.
