Job Description

As a software engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and validating complex software systems to meet client requirements.

You will work closely with the delivery team to ensure effective design, development, validation, and support activities that satisfy our clients' high expectations in the technology domain.

Your primary role will be to gather requirements and specifications to understand client needs in detail and translate them into system requirements.

You will also play a key role in estimating work requirements to provide accurate project estimations to Technology Leads and Project Managers.

Additionally, you will contribute to building efficient programs/systems and help our clients navigate their next digital transformation journey.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Design Principles: Knowledge of design principles and fundamentals of architecture is essential for this role.
  • Performance Engineering: Understanding of performance engineering is required to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Quality Processes and Estimation Techniques: Knowledge of quality processes and estimation techniques is necessary to deliver high-quality results.
  • Project Domain: Basic understanding of project domain is required to effectively collaborate with the team.
  • Functional and Nonfunctional Requirements: Ability to translate functional/nonfunctional requirements to system requirements is crucial for success in this role.
  • Complex Program Design and Coding: Ability to design and code complex programs is essential for delivering innovative solutions.
  • Test Case Development: Ability to write test cases and scenarios based on specifications is necessary to ensure thorough testing.
  • SDLC and Agile Methodologies: Good understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies is required to effectively manage projects.
  • Latest Technologies and Trends: Awareness of latest technologies and trends is necessary to stay up-to-date with industry developments.
