Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building solutions that meet the needs of various stakeholders, including product management, engineering, and business teams. They will work closely with these teams to understand their requirements and develop innovative user experiences.

Mandatory Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field with 6-8 years of experience
  • Experience in designing user experiences for web and mobile applications
  • Hands-on expertise in using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD
  • Proficiency in the UX design process and ability to apply Lean UX methodologies
  • Certifications in Interaction Design, UX design, or Human-Computer Interaction are an advantage
  • Excellent facilitation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Able to handle multiple projects and lead a team
