Job Description:
The Deputy Manager of Cost Estimation and Procurement will be responsible for smooth functioning of quantity survey for new works/projects. This includes risk analysis and evaluation, estimation and costing of new works/projects/time & labour cost, preparing tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation, procuring or agreeing the services of contractors and/or subcontractors who work on the construction of the project, tracking changes to the design and/or construction work and adjusting budget projections accordingly.
