Ensure that all Designs and Technical specification are translated into standard and acceptable instructions, drawings, BOQ¦s, etc Oversee the integration of MEP and Structural design portions Choose the materials to be used and specifying the requirements for the project Adapt specification and details according to circumstances and resolving any problems that may arise during construction Inspect, supervise, check and evaluate the construction works on site Prepare project time schedule Prepare Cost Budgets Coordinate with Structural, MEP and other outside consultants Make sure the project is running according to schedule and budget Make sure the contractor and all other vendors involved in the construction process are on the same page and work together towards the same goal To shortlist vendors Coordinate with consultants, vendors, site engineers and contractors to ensure smooth and timely project delivery To carryout quality checks and confirm quality standards & certify work done at site in line with specifications Requirements: Excellent design and drafting skills and proficiency with computer-aided design (CAD)Strong mathematical skills Organizational, project management and planning skills Proven working experience as quality surveyor Tendering for all new projects.

Bill certification of vendors for all projects.

Developing BOQ, quantity surveyor, Costing, Project Estimation, Project Engineer, Execution, project scheduling.
