In addition to their technical expertise, the Quality Lead will drive innovation in materials, processes, and product designs.

  • They will lead R&D efforts for new products catering to the Oil & Gas industry.
  • The candidate will explore and develop hydrogen-compatible products.

Metallurgical expertise is essential for this role, as the Quality Lead will apply advanced metallurgical knowledge for troubleshooting, process optimization, and material selection.

  • The selected candidate will analyse and resolve technical issues related to steel properties, fabrication, and performance.

Effective communication and collaboration skills are crucial for this position, as the Quality Lead will act as the primary technical contact for key clients.

  • Responsibilities will include collaborating with vendors for quality assurance, technical compliance, and process enhancements.

The Quality Lead will ensure compliance with statutory, industry, and customer-specific requirements.
