Job Overview:

We are seeking a Data Insights Specialist to deliver leadership assessments and 360 surveys for clients on internal/external platforms.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Gathering project requirements, assessment/simulation setup and delivery, reporting setup and delivery, including designing scoring and generating results.
  • Collation of scores for different tools to maintain database.
  • Analysis of scores for generating industry benchmarks and norms for different markets.
  • Creating dashboards using MS Power Apps/Tableau/PowerBI.
  • Strong and effective communication skills (structured and clear). Good team player with ability to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.

The Ideal Candidate Will Possess:

  • Prior experience in operations and project management.
  • Responsible for stakeholder management (including status updates on project/activities, query resolution, etc.).
  • Adherence to strict timelines and assurance of quality of deliverables.
  • Able to multitask to ensure timely completion of activities. Problem-solving and analytical skills are essential.
  • Contributes to training and capability development for junior analysts.
  • Support consulting assignments, including interfacing with external clients.

Required Skills:

  • Advanced analytical skills to create insights from data.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, with knowledge of text functions, math functions, statistical functions, information functions, multiple lookups, pivot tables, and chart creation.
  • Presentation tools, such as PowerPoint, for creating, editing, and formatting presentations.
  • Business communication skills, fluency in English language, and ability to adapt to changing environments.
  • Basic knowledge of visualization tools like Tableau and R/Python.
