Key Performance Indicator Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Key Performance Indicator Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a KPI Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in providing actionable insights into marketing channel performance and identifying revenue-driving channels.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outputs for clients
  • Develop and implement statistical models to solve market analytics challenges
  • Perform exploratory data analysis using spreadsheets or Excel to understand complex data sets
  • Interpret results from marketing tests and translate them into actionable recommendations
  • Use results of a test or analysis to arrive at attributed conversions & multipliers
  • Work with large datasets, perform data manipulation & pre-processing
  • Collaborate with strategist teams to translate business questions and objectives into analytical frameworks
  • Work with stakeholders to gather the data required for building models
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support client requirements
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Operations Research, Engineering, Economics
  • 2+ years of experience in data science or advanced analytics
  • Advanced knowledge of statistical concepts like hypothesis testing , regression & time series analysis
  • Proficiency in programming and query languages like Python, R and SQL
  • Understanding of marketing channels, metrics, and KPIs
  • Proficiency in data manipulation and preprocessing
  • Strong MS Excel, Google sheets skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to tell compelling stories with data
  • Experience using PowerPoint or Google slides to present findings
