Front Office Coordinator Job Opportunity

This position plays a pivotal role in providing exceptional service to clients and visitors, fostering a welcoming atmosphere. As the primary point of contact, you will be responsible for managing front desk operations with precision.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure seamless communication through efficient phone management, greeting clients, and routing messages.
  • Maintain a well-organized reception area, featuring relevant materials within easy reach.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries in a timely manner.
  • Support scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings efficiently.
  • Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, photocopying, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Monitor office access, enforcing security protocols for all guests.

Requirements:

  • A degree in a related field is required; additional certifications in administration are highly valued.
  • Prior experience as a receptionist or front desk representative is desired.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with strong interpersonal and customer-service abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and phone systems is essential.
  • The ability to multitask and manage time effectively, with attention to detail and strong organizational skills, is crucial.
