Job Title

A high-impact professional sought to spearhead the development of large-scale assessments and surveys, driving educational excellence in India's National Assessment Centre, PARAKH.

The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in learning assessment, test item design, and capacity building to make a lasting impact on education.

  • Developing and reviewing items for assessments and surveys administered to millions of learners.
  • Designing tools for holistic progress mapping, multidisciplinary teaching practices, and holistic assessments.
  • Leading the development of Holistic Progress Cards for Preparatory and Secondary Stage by PARAKH.
  • Delivering workshops to educators to implement evidence-centered teaching and assessment practices.
Requirements

A Master's degree in a relevant field and 5-6 years' experience in learning assessment, test item design, and capacity building is required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. Proficiency in statistical computer packages like R, SAS, or SPSS is also necessary. Ability to live in a location commutable to Delhi NCR is preferred.
