
Healthcare Process Supervisor

Leading a global team in the healthcare and insurance process environment is an exciting opportunity for professionals who enjoy supervision, leadership, and performance management.
As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of a group of team members, ensuring compliance with organizational policy and applicable legal requirements. Your primary goal will be to foster high-performance delivery among your team by providing effective coaching and support.
You will identify areas where team members require improvement and develop action plans to address these issues. You will also ensure that corrective actions are implemented promptly, maintaining service quality and meeting contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and financial expectations.
A key aspect of this role involves communication, both within the team and with external stakeholders. You will be responsible for conveying expectations clearly, providing timely updates, and conducting regular team meetings to facilitate open discussion and expedite information exchange.
Additionally, you will stay informed about internal work processes, policies, and procedures, attending required manager development training to enhance your skills and knowledge.
This role requires individuals who can exercise independent judgment and discretion in implementing management policies while supporting and collaborating with other Team Leaders and Managers to drive business objectives forward.
Your input will be invaluable in selecting, training, developing, and evaluating the performance of work groups according to organizational policies and relevant legal requirements.
In managing team members, you will write and deliver performance appraisals, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for success in this position.
