Key Responsibilities:
- Support projects by providing expert-level SAP SD/DSD knowledge and skills.
- Solve incident tickets in a timely manner, ensuring resolution within the allotted SLA.
- Collaborate with the wider business to resolve tickets efficiently.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Strong skills in gathering business requirements, design, and customizing, as well as communication and teamwork.
