Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned data leader to establish and grow our healthcare analytics practice.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Establish a data practice with service offerings, delivery frameworks, and revenue growth strategies
  • Meet annual revenue targets through new client acquisition and existing client expansion
  • Create standardized methodologies and tools for data governance, compliance, and security
  • Drive business development and manage profit and loss (P&L) for the practice
  • Define data strategy aligned with healthcare client business goals
  • Implement analytics solutions using Power BI, Tableau, and cloud platforms
  • Develop predictive analytics and AI solutions for healthcare outcomes and operational efficiency

Data Strategy & Analytics

  • Ensure data quality, security, and regulatory compliance (HIPAA, HITECH)
  • Build and mentor teams of data scientists, engineers, and analysts
  • Collaborate with client executives and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Foster innovation and technical excellence across all data initiatives
  • Manage technical infrastructure and reduce technical debt

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years in data leadership roles with a proven track record of building data practices
  • Healthcare payer and provider technology services background required
  • Experience growing practices to significant revenue with enterprise clients
  • P&L responsibility and business development experience

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Expertise in database design, data modeling, and warehousing
  • Strong SQL, Python/R programming skills
  • Proficiency with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Experience with healthcare data standards (HL7 FHIR, X12, ICD)
  • Knowledge of big data technologies and ML/AI frameworks
