About the Role

This is a key position for our Product Development organization, focused on driving the Global Partner Enablement Strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with top-tier Consulting partners to develop Oracle Fusion expertise within their practice and create enablement plans for successful project implementations.
  • Design innovative learning content covering end-to-end business flows, practical use cases, and implementation standard methodologies. Ensure content is updated quarterly in line with new releases.
  • Deliver live in-person/virtual training sessions to consulting partners globally, facilitate hands-on lab sessions, and address implementation queries.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure training aligns with strategic focus areas and addresses ongoing implementation challenges.
  • Analyze metrics to measure initiative impact and identify new focus areas to grow the partner ecosystem.
Requirements
  • At least 10 years of Oracle EBS/Cloud implementation experience, with at least 4 years of hands-on experience in Fusion PPM (Projects & Portfolio Management) Cloud. Oracle Cloud certification preferred.
  • Expertise in other Finance modules is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience delivering enablement training, either in-person or virtually.
  • Deep understanding of implementation priorities and challenges.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Consulting experience required.
  • Candidate should be a qualified Engineer, MBA preferred.

Estimated salary range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
