Asset Performance Manager

This role oversees enterprise asset management (EAM) processes to improve reliability and efficiency across operations.

We are seeking a skilled Asset Performance Manager to join our team.

  • Develop and implement asset reliability and maintenance strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Analyze and report asset performance metrics using EAM software.
  • Conduct root cause analysis of asset failures and recommend corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to optimize asset lifecycle and reduce costs.
  • Implement data-driven decision-making to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards related to asset management.
  • Budgeting and forecasting activities related to asset maintenance and replacement.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement asset management strategies that drive business value.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate their ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and make informed decisions.

A strong understanding of EAM tools and methodologies is required for this role.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure the effective management of assets.

This role requires a high degree of autonomy, flexibility, and adaptability.
