Job Description:

The role of Project Manager involves overseeing the end-to-end delivery of retail interior projects from concept to completion. This includes managing project timelines, budgets, and quality standards to ensure seamless execution.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for interpreting and reviewing CAD drawings, layouts, and design plans to ensure alignment with client requirements and feasibility for implementation.

You will also play a critical role in liaising with internal teams, clients, contractors, suppliers, and designers to ensure smooth project execution. Additionally, you will source and manage suppliers for furniture, fixtures, and fittings, ensuring timely procurement and delivery of materials.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Minimum 4 years of project management experience in the retail interior design and fit-out sector.
  • Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel for project tracking, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Familiarity with CAD software and ability to understand and review technical drawings and plans.
  • Experience with turnkey retail interior projects, including furniture and fittings.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
