Technical Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Lead to spearhead the development of our SaaS platform, driving innovation and growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, crafting strategic solutions, and delivering high-quality products that meet the needs of our customers.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in core Java, Spring Boot, and cloud technologies, with experience in microservices architecture, web services standards, and database management. You will also have excellent communication skills, the ability to work effectively in a team environment, and a passion for mentoring and guiding junior developers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage technical expertise to drive product strategy and roadmap development
  • Mentor and guide junior developers to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable and secure software solutions
  • Oversee the implementation of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in core Java, Spring Boot, and cloud technologies
  • Strong understanding of microservices architecture and web services standards
  • Experience with database management systems and SQL
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment and mentor junior developers
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
