Software Engineering Leadership

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Engineer to lead our technical team in driving innovation and delivering cutting-edge software solutions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and implement scalable, high-performance web applications using Node.js, MongoDB, and modern front-end frameworks.
  • Oversight of features from architecture to deployment ensuring stability, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Implement AI-assisted development tools to enhance reliability, minimize hallucinations, and improve developer productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful features.
  • Mentor and support fellow engineers promoting a culture of technical excellence.
  • Requirements:
  • Expert-level proficiency in Node.js and MongoDB with strong backend architecture and performance optimization knowledge.
  • Solid experience with modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, Angular) and full-stack web application development.
  • Strong understanding of SEO and proven track record of architecting complex systems and shipping high-performance web apps.
  • Familiarity with API design, microservices architecture, and AI-assisted development tools.
  • Ability to guide technical architecture and mentor other engineers.
  • Experience with code quality, testing, deployment pipelines, and optimizing dev workflows Excellent problem-solving communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Proven experience working with cloud-based services (AWS or Azure).

Experience with agile methodologies Scrum or Kanban.

Strong understanding of security principles and practices.
