**Job Opportunity:** Reservations Manager

We're seeking a skilled and experienced reservations professional to establish our end-to-end process and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage online and offline reservations, ensuring seamless guest experiences.
  • Communicate effectively with guests via calls, emails, and messaging platforms.
  • Maintain accurate data on property management systems and OTA extranets.
  • Verify property listings and ensure rates, availability, and content are up-to-date.
  • Create operational guidelines, email templates, and booking process documents.
  • Review guest communication for tone and accuracy.
  • Coordinate with property managers for smooth check-ins and special requests.
  • Analyze daily/weekly/monthly booking and revenue reports.

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or relevant field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in reservations/front office in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of OTA extranets (Booking.com, Agoda, Airbnb, etc.).
  • Understanding of property management systems and rate management.
  • Excellent communication skills (English; other languages an asset).
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and email drafting.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn in a dynamic environment.
