About Our Ideal Candidate

We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Support professional with hands-on experience in Trade Credit operations.

  • Support clients with 4-5 years of experience in Trade Credit operations.
  • Maintain accurate operational data using client systems.
  • Collaborate with global teams on calls and meetings.
  • Manage operational inventory and meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Identify and implement process improvements within operations.

Key Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience in Trade Credit operations.
  • Strong background in Insurance operations related to Trade Credit.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel (advanced formulas, data analysis).
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related field preferred.
