We are looking for a procurement assistant to support our sourcing activities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for various tasks related to raw materials, factory consumables, and packaging.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support procurement activities for raw materials, factory consumables, and packaging.
  • Assist in evaluating vendors and factory partners based on their performance and capabilities.
  • Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and negotiate prices with existing ones.
  • Maintain and update vendor databases and procurement documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to understand procurement requirements and provide timely support.
  • Assist in negotiating pricing and timelines with suppliers under supervision, ensuring that all agreements are mutually beneficial.
  • Support visits to local factories or vendors as needed to build relationships and assess operations.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and communication with vendors to maintain strong relationships and resolve any issues promptly.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Engineering, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in procurement or a related field, demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic documentation tools.
  • Able to learn quickly and adapt to new processes and systems.
