Cloud Data Engineer Role

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Data Engineer to design and develop scalable cloud solutions.

This role involves working on architecting, designing, developing, and implementing cloud-based data systems on AWS and/or Azure platforms.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Analyzing business requirements and translating them into resilient cloud designs.
  • Creating high-quality, maintainable cloud products and applications using best engineering practices.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams (DevOps, Data, UX, Testing etc.) to deliver efficient cloud solutions.
  • Designing and managing fully automated build/test/deployment environments.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in computer science or a related field and at least four years of experience in cloud data engineering.

  • Key Qualifications:
  • Degree in computer science or a similar field.
  • Four or more years of experience in cloud data engineering.
  • Proficiency in configuration management tools (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).
  • Experience with continuous integration and deployment pipelines using Jenkins Groovy scripts.
  • Knowledge of containerized solutions and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, ECS, ECR).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Familiarity with AI/ML technologies and ML model management context is a plus.
