Senior Tax Strategist

As a senior tax professional, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our tax strategy.
Key responsibilities include:
a. Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, external auditors, and tax consultants.
b. Providing expert guidance on tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and minimize risk.
c. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve financial performance.
d. Analyzing complex data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
e. Designing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
f. Staying up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure our organization remains compliant and competitive.
g. Mentoring and developing team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
h. Building and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
i. Driving process excellence through continuous monitoring and evaluation of our tax processes.
j. Ensuring accurate and timely reporting of tax information to relevant stakeholders.
k. Providing support to the finance team in the preparation of financial reports and budgets.
l. Coordinating with the audit team to ensure that our tax practices are aligned with regulatory requirements.
m. Identifying and mitigating potential risks related to tax compliance.
n. Collaborating with the leadership team to develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive business growth and profitability.
