As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in the successful execution of data migration projects. Your responsibilities will include working closely with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for data migration projects.

Key areas of focus include analysing existing data systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and ensuring data integrity during migration.

You will develop and write clear and concise user stories in Jira to communicate requirements to development teams. Additionally, you will assist in the creation of test plans and test cases to validate data migration outcomes.

Close collaboration with technical teams is essential to ensure that data migration solutions meet business needs and compliance standards. You will contribute to the development of test plans and test cases to verify the accuracy and completeness of migrated data.

Ultimately, your goal will be to work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet business objectives, technical feasibility, and compliance.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 5 - 8 years of experience in a Business Analyst role with a focus on data-related projects.
  • Proven experience with data migration, data analysis, and business process mapping.
  • Proficiency in using Jira for requirement tracking and writing user stories.
  • Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of data quality, validation techniques, and compliance requirements.

Developed strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively manage and resolve complex issues. Experience working collaboratively within cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
