Job Title: Application Support Engineer

As a dynamic problem solver, you will identify and resolve complex issues within multiple components of our critical business systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide L2 Network Support and troubleshooting with a focus on delivering results adhering to defined processes like ISO 20000, ISO27001, BS25999
  • Be flexible towards working on shifts with varying timelines
  • Have a comprehensive understanding of the Network Architecture of our Organization
  • Perform Front End Internal, External, and client audits, ensuring timely closure of findings
Technical Requirements:
  • Strong technical knowledge on configuring and troubleshooting firewalls (preferably Juniper SRX or Palo Alto)
  • Deep understanding of configuring and troubleshooting Switching and Routing protocols
Desirable Skills:
  • Knowledge on Cloud Technology and its applications
  • Proficiency in Scripting languages
  • Understanding of Wireless Technology and its integration
  • Expertise in SSL VPN Configuration and Troubleshooting
Professional Attributes:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective customer handling
  • Ability to take complete ownership of tasks with high initiative and innovative ideas
  • Positive Attitude towards work and ability to work as a Team
  • Work independently with minimal assistance while maintaining a high level of professionalism
