Key Growth Role

Lead the Referral Growth Charter and drive new user acquisition and repeat usage through strategic campaign management.

About this Key Role
  • Develop referral-driven strategies to boost engagement and conversion rates.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance, targeting, incentives, creative strategy, and execution.
  • Conceive and implement innovative referral-led experiments, such as tiered rewards and gamification.
Primary Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Campaign Execution: Develop and execute referral campaigns for new user acquisition and repeat usage.
  2. Funnel Optimization: Continuously monitor referral funnels, shares, clicks, sign-ups, activations, and repeat usage.
  3. Drop-off Identification and Intervention: Identify drop-offs and implement data-driven interventions to enhance conversion and retention.
  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Product and Engineering to improve in-app referral journeys and experiences.
  5. Scaling Referral Programs: Scale referral programs through online and offline channels.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-7 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or product-led growth roles.
  • Proven experience in running successful referral, affiliate, or influencer marketing programs.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, and visualization tools.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with fintech, consumer tech, or e-commerce organizations.
  • Exposure to CLM (Customer Lifecycle Management) and retention lifecycle management.
  • Familiarity with tools like Clevertap, MoEngage, Branch, or AppsFlyer.
