Job Opportunity


Liaise with sales teams to comprehend customer requirements and expectations, ensuring seamless shipping experiences;

Collaborate with vendors to guarantee timely service delivery to customers;

Manage documentation, special requests, and coordination with supply partners;

Serve as a single point of contact for all account-related escalations;

Ensure customer quotations are available, new enquiries are attended, and price procurement is done correctly;

Investigate and resolve customer concerns in a timely manner;

Generate invoices and send outstanding reminders to customers in a timely fashion;

Update the system with shipment-related information and guide customers to check status online;

Adhere to policies, procedures, and standards while ensuring compliance with transportation regulations;

Review work instructions periodically and update them as required to reflect changes and ensure compliance;
