Global Logistics Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our logistics team based in Bengaluru, India. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to customers and ensuring timely delivery of products.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate worldwide hardware replacement part dispatches
- Oversee all logistical details of hardware dispatches, including shipping arrangements, tracking, and proof of delivery
- Process an average of 190 orders and 1200 emails per week (internal and external)
- Schedule follow-ups with customers for out-of-warranty, return-to-factory, and advance replacements to ensure proper shipment and receipting
- Prepare daily discrepancy reports and reconcile defective returns with third-party logistics
- Confirm daily with third-party logistics that orders are correctly transmitted, processed, and shipped to customers
- Minimum Diploma or Graduation
- 3+ years of experience in RMA Order desk/Order Management/customer service
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of customers around the globe
- Strong customer handling skills and active listening
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment
- Multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills
- Able to prioritize workload efficiently and resolve customer queries to closure
- Strong work ethic and teamwork
