Job Opportunity

As a customer support professional, you will be the first point of contact for influencers, brands, and users on our platform. You will handle inbound queries, emails, and calls to resolve issues and provide accurate information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for influencers, brands, and users on the platform.
  • Handle inbound queries, emails, and calls to resolve issues and provide accurate information.
  • Guide influencers and brands through the onboarding process and navigation.
  • Maintain a positive and professional tone while handling escalations and complaints.
  • Collect feedback from users and report recurring issues to improve the user experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless user journeys.

Requirements:

  • 0-2 years of experience in customer service, influencer management, or client relations (freshers welcome).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability with a calm, empathetic approach.
  • Comfortable interacting with influencers, brands, and users.
  • Knowledge of English is required.
