Job Title: Quality Assurance SpecialistDescription:

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance professional to join our Test Engineering team. Our diverse team values different perspectives, with a focus on delivering business value and fostering continuous improvement.

The Quality Assurance engineer will work on a wide range of problems, technologies, and real-world scenarios, involved in all stages of the product lifecycle. This role offers opportunities to learn from experienced mentors and grow as a professional and human being.

  • Extensive Training: Learn about Data Structure and Algorithms, LLD, HLD, DevOps, frontend, backend, and test engineering.
  • Book Club: Broaden your horizons by reading a book every month and sharing your thoughts.
  • P1, The Half Yearly Tech Conference: Explore futuristic themes and stay informed about the latest tech trends.
  • Internal Projects: Experiment with new technologies and domains, prioritizing craftsmanship and learning over deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manual testing (SDLC, creating test plans, test cases, bug reporting and tracking, using dev tools, requirement traceability).
  • Automation testing (experience with programming languages or automation tools).
  • Web and mobile app testing.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.

Preferred Skills:

  • Performance testing, security testing experience.
  • Knowledge or familiarity with AI-driven workflows in QA or experimentation with AI tools in testing scenarios.

  • Ability to set up and maintain exhaustive test suites with detailed test cases.
  • Experience in web and mobile testing.

  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
