ServiceNow Technical Specialist

Job Overview:
Unlocking value from data and applications is key to driving digital transformation.
A seasoned professional with expertise in implementing and optimizing ServiceNow ITOM modules is required to lead our team forward.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of CSDM, CMDB, and Discovery modules and be able to design and maintain robust CMDB architectures aligned with CSDM standards.
Key responsibilities include leading end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow ITOM modules (Discovery, CMDB, CSDM), configuring and optimizing Discovery probes and patterns for accurate infrastructure mapping, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate ITOM with other ServiceNow modules.
Key Qualifications:
- Expertise in implementing and optimizing ServiceNow ITOM modules
- Strong understanding of CSDM, CMDB, and Discovery modules
- Ability to design and maintain robust CMDB architectures aligned with CSDM standards
- Experience with configuring and optimizing Discovery probes and patterns
- Collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
